Due to your overwhelming generosity, Tottenham Green Leisure Centre have been inundated with donations. The volunteer staff are now sorting and distributing the items and hope that you bare with them at this time.

Whats going on
Donations of bedding and toys go to Apex House, 820 Seven Sisters Road
The infamous carpet store building is being demolished
Tottenham Community Choir organising a concert
Budgens in Crouch End, setting up a donation point for burned-out families
Parts of Tottenham also come under Enfield council. 0208 3791000 Just called them, they have no plans yet for clean up or donation points.

The aftermath
The aftermath of the riot has left tottenham in a bit of a mess.
I’m off to see what can be done about it.
First stop is the police station to see if we are allowed to start cleaning up.
Then on to see if there is a local charity resource to help out those who have lost belongings. At this point I will simply be calling on my family members to see if they can donate as much to the units...
